Salary Range: $90,000.00 –  per year

We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to serve as the technical heartbeat of our quality operations. In this role, you won't just follow standards—you will master them, driving excellence across complex die casting and elite CNC machining environments. • Champion Excellence:
  Serve as the authority on AS9100 and ISO 9001, ensuring our processes exceed the most rigorous aerospace expectations.
• Solve Complex Puzzles:
  Lead high‑level root cause investigations using 8D, 5‑Why, and Fishbone methodologies to turn nonconformances into permanent improvements.
• Master Precision:
  Apply expert‑level GD&T knowledge (ASME Y14.5) to interpret complex blueprints and guide CMM measurement strategies.
• Drive Innovation:
  Use SPC trends & data analytics to slash COPQ and optimize process capability.
• Lead the Standard:
  Direct First Article Inspections (AS9102) and navigate customer portals like Net‑Inspect with total precision.
• Influence & Mentor:
  Act as a cross‑functional leader, mentoring junior staff and holding the authority to pause production to protect quality integrity.

• The Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 7+ years of battle‑tested aerospace quality experience.
• The Expertise:
  Deep familiarity with die casting, precision machining, and NADCAP audit environments.
• The Toolkit:
  Advanced proficiency in structured problem‑solving & the Microsoft Office Suite.
• The Edge: ASQ CQE or Lean Six Sigma certification is a major plus, as is experience interfacing directly with Tier‑1 aerospace OEMs.
