Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for managing budgeting, forecasting, and delivering comprehensive financial reporting and analysis to drive business performance. This role partners with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. With a focus on financial modeling, problem-solving, and supporting strategic initiatives, this position is pivotal in guiding decision-making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports for all business entities.
- Develop and present monthly and quarterly consolidated P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet reports.
- Create supporting documentation and perform capital expenditure analysis for upper management approval.
- Generate regular sales and operations reports, highlighting key insights.
- Analyze sales, margin, and expense trends to identify patterns and recommend process improvement opportunities.
- Communicate with operation department leads to interpret business trends, market environment, and customer behavior across the value chain.
- Implement and maintain robust systems and controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of actual and forecast data.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to produce actionable reports and address business challenges.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards in all financial reporting and analysis.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in retail, wholesale or logistic industry.
- Adaptable and willing to work flexible schedules to meet operational needs.
- Skilled in analyzing complex data, summarizing key insights, and refining information for clarity and actionable outcomes
- Familiar with SQL, Python, data warehousing, and advanced expertise in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

- This job may require standing or walking for extended periods of time, lifting up to 25 pounds, and performing repetitive motions.

The pay range for this job starts at $85,000 - $95,000 per year. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
