IT Implementation Specialist

Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Implementation Specialist to support system integration and implementation projects between our clients and UNIS. In this role, you will serve as a key bridge between customers and our technical teams, handling requirement collection, configuration, data validation, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless EDI/API connectivity with our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other internal systems. This position is ideal for someone with solid hands‑on experience who wants to deepen their skills in system integration, technical problem‑solving, and client collaboration within an international business environment.

• Communicate with clients to collect and analyze system and integration requirements.
• Assist the development and Wise Support teams in setting up and testing EDI/API integrations.
• Perform troubleshooting, analyze root causes, and follow up with relevant teams until issues are resolved.
• Prepare configuration and mapping documentation for EDI/API messages.
• Coordinate system testing, data validation, and customer sign‑off during the implementation phase.
• Configure and customize workflows (e.g., shipping labels or order routing) based on client needs.
• Provide user training and post‑implementation support.
• Track project progress and maintain accurate implementation documentation.

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in software or system implementation, preferably with EDI/API integration exposure.
• Understanding of system data flow and message formats such as JSON, XML, ANSI X12, or EDIFACT.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and coordination skills across technical and business teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SQL or Excel data‑analysis experience is a plus.
• Good English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply‑chain systems preferred.
