UNIS is seeking a Transportation Management System (TMS) / Freight Management System (FMS) Business Analyst to optimize transport tech across our growing 3PL network. You will partner with Transportation Operations, Brokerage, Carrier Management, Customer Success, and IT to improve system functionality and customer service.
The role requires 2+ years of BA experience with TMS/FMS in a 3PL or logistics environment, knowledge of TL/LTL, and strong requirements gathering and testing capabilities.
