Import Fulfillment Specialist
Summary: This role, part of the Import Fulfillment Team, focuses on maximizing Purchase Order (PO) Efficiency and optimizing Lead Time. The Specialist will be responsible for core duties including placing orders with vendors, tracking the status of POs, and actively optimizing the overall logistics process. This position offers advancement opportunities toward the Merchant or Replenishment functions.
Responsibilities- Placing POs & System Input:
- Coordinate with Southeast Asian vendors to place orders and manage shipments, ensuring all procurement activities align with regional trade compliance.
- Input and update PO information to SAP accurately to maintain real‑time inventory visibility and procurement records.
- Shipment Tracking & Expediting:
- Push vendors to secure timely bookings and deliver products to the port of origin on schedule, mitigating potential delays in the supply chain.
- Track PO status from booking to arrival and monitor ETD/ETA to provide internal stakeholders with reliable delivery forecasts.
- Lead Time Optimization:
- Work with vendors to minimize and stabilize Lead Time, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the procurement and logistics lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic and professional experience.
- 2+ years in import, logistics, or procurement preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- High precision in data entry and documentation.
- Strong professional verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Self‑motivated, dependable, and accountable.
- Effective in fast‑paced environments with minimal supervision.
- Mandatory English proficiency;
Mandarin is an asset. - Fluency in Thai (preferred), Filipino, or Vietnamese required.
- Basic problem‑solving and willingness to learn new systems.
- Legal U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
- This job may require standing or walking for extended periods, lifting up to 15 pounds, and performing repetitive motions.

Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM. - Available to work on weekends and holidays as necessary.
