The Cleaning Technician is responsible for the general cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas within a building or across multiple client locations and residencies. Duties may vary based on client specifications, so flexibility in task performance is essential.

• Empty and clean waste containers; remove garbage and waste paper to designated areas; damp-wipe containers.
• Dust image frames, charts, graphs, and wall hangings.
• Dust and clean office furniture, files, fixtures, paneling, window sills, and other flat surfaces.
• Damp-dust ceiling and air conditioning diffusers, partition grilles, registers, and other ventilating louvers.
• Vacuum carpets and mats in workplaces, lobbies, and corridors.
• Dust and clean office furniture, files, fixtures, paneling, window sills, and other flat surfaces.
• Maintain and clean tile floors as required; operate scrubbing machines
• Damp-wipe and buff glass surfaces and furniture.
• Remove stains from doors, door frames, light switch areas, entry glass, and dividers.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock supplies for water coolers and bathrooms.
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize building floors.
• Report any concerns, suggestions, or client requests to the area supervisor.

• Previous experience in a similar role — Preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle complaints or requests in a professional and service-oriented manner
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
• Good written and verbal communication skills
