Quality isn't a department here; it's a commitment that runs through everything we make. We're looking for a Quality Systems Manager who takes that personally — someone who leads from the floor up and owns quality at every stage of production, reporting directly to senior leadership.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the QMS in compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
• Lead the internal and external audit program
• Manage CAPA processes end-to-end and ensure timely resolution of quality issues
• Present QMS metrics at quarterly management review meetings
• Own the customer complaint and corrective action systems; engage directly with customers on quality concerns
• Manage document control including SOPs, work instructions, and quality records
• Oversee ERP item planning, first articles, and PPAPs for new items
• Administer the calibration program and UL audit program
• Manage the Manufacturing Discrepancy Material Report (DMR) program
• Review Keyence and Bytewise 360 data to identify and resolve quality issues
• Oversee receiving, in-process, and finished goods inspection processes
• Partner cross-functionally on continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and quality policy development
