Job Summary
We're seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team! As a Sales Associate/Cashier, you'll provide excellent customer service, maintain store appearance, and perform various tasks to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities- Attend to customers, respond to queries, and resolve issues
- Maintain a clean and organized store front, including restocking and merchandising
- Prepare food and beverages as needed
- Take out trash and clean restrooms
- Receive deliveries and manage inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service and upsell to every customer
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Available to work afternoon and graveyard shifts
- Flexible schedule required, with varying shifts each week
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift, stand, and move for long periods
