Mercy House seeks a Shelter Specialist for our Emergency Shelter Program in Buena Park. You will support shelter setup, maintain a clean, safe facility, and conduct neighborhood patrols while delivering trauma-informed services during designated shifts.
You will engage guests with housing-focused approaches, assist with orders and supplies, and help with daily documentation. Bilingual Spanish is highly valued and required as needed.
