Warehouse Data Processing Clerk

Responsibilities:- Enter, update, and maintain accurate inventory and shipment data within the WMS/ERP systems.
- Perform daily data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies between system records and physical warehouse inventory.
- Generate and distribute detailed reports on throughput, data accuracy, and operational bottlenecks for management review.
- Maintain master data integrity for SKUs, vendor information, and order details.
- Daily communication/coordination with regional DC buildings related to the flow of shipments in/out of the facilities, including issue resolution and solutions.
- Provide support to Distribution Centers (DC) in other regions.
- Drives warehouse effectiveness and efficiency improvements with data-based analysis and best practice recommendations.
- Develop tactics and strategies to drive performance in inbound, outbound, and quality programs.
- Analysis of returns and erroneous shipments and conducting root cause analyses to correct issues moving forward.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas of improvement.
- Troubleshooting system issues impacting orders that need to ship.
- Take a proactive role in improving current WMS and developing new WMS.
- General exception management and issue resolution.
- Escalation to the leadership team when appropriate.
- Provide additional support to the DC Management team as needed.
- Tracking critically identified shipments with the ability to provide truck status to stores or Merchandising as needed.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key relevant parties for various regions:
- DC Management Team.
- Core Carriers.
- Merchandising Dept.
- Store Management.
- Import Department.
- Logistics Department.
- Collaborating with the cross-functional supply chain team to resolve issues and provide logistics-related solutions.
- Working with DC Managers to develop processes and standards for communication between all impacted parties and the execution team.
- Liaise with Merchandisers and Store Management to support communications around business process workflow improvements.
- Provides daily/weekly/monthly distribution and logistics reporting.
- Working with Supervisors and Managers to develop and maintain critical job-relevant SOPs.
- Identifying and developing solutions for improvements in process and communication between departments.
- Training and providing support for new employees.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma/GED required;
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field preferred. - 2+ years of experience in warehouse analytics required.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred.
- Strong experience in warehouse KPIs and developing/monitoring/maintaining performance metrics.
- Working knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Warehouse process and workflow knowledge.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong data interpretation and database knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WMS software (SAP, SAP EWM, Highjump, etc.)
- Proficiency in using EWM and WMS systems is preferred.
- Strong background in inventory analysis and inventory management.
- Good management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 35 pounds at times.

- 6am to 2pm or 7am to 3pm.
