Travel assignment starting 08/24/2026 for weeks (travel contract). Weekly pay range: 1,425 to 1,478 USD per week. Guaranteed hours: 34.5 hours. Shift: Days, 3 x 11.5-hour shifts (08:00-19:30). Setting: LTC – Nursing Home. This assignment is arranged through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

• Administer medications and monitor residents according to orders and facility policy
• Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
• Monitor vital signs, assess for changes in condition, and report to the supervising RN
• Document care provided, changes in resident status, and care plans electronically or on paper charts
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, and daily rehabilitation activities
• Maintain safety, infection control, and respectful resident interactions in a busy LTC setting

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Iowa
• Eligibility to practice in a long-term care setting
• Ability to work the scheduled 3 x 11.5-hour day shifts (08:00-19:30)
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
• Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment
