Senior Accountant

A fast‑paced manufacturing company committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement. We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team and play a key role in financial reporting, accounting operations, and cross‑functional partnership with operations and leadership.

The Senior Accountant will support and enhance the company’s financial processes by preparing accurate financial statements, managing general ledger activity, and contributing to month‑end close. This role offers hands‑on exposure to the general ledger, inventory analysis, and process improvements within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close schedules
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Assist with inventory analysis
• Support internal and external audit preparation
• Collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, and finance teams
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting workflows
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Proficient with Excel; ERP experience preferred
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment
