• Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion in Buffalo Grove.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership to deliver precise, timely, and high-quality client service.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, schedules, and audit documentation.
• Mentor and support junior staff, providing guidance on technical and engagement issues.
• Apply analytical, organizational, and project management skills to complex audits.
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams, offering practical solutions.
• Stay informed on current accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required;
  Master's or advanced degree preferred.
• CPA eligible required; CPA designation strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience, including at least one busy season at the senior associate or supervisory level.
• Hands-on experience in audit and assurance services; familiarity with construction, manufacturing/distribution, technology, or M&A engagements preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software applications.
