Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant — We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing, mission-driven organization where accounting plays a key role in driving strategic decisions and supporting operational success. • Own full-cycle accounting operations, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, delivering insights on variances, trends, and business performance
• Manage revenue recognition and deferred revenue in accordance with GAAP (experience with systems like Net Suite ARM)
• Ensure compliance across multi-state operations, including sales/use tax filings and regulatory requirements
• Drive process improvements and partner cross-functionally to enhance efficiency, reporting, and strategic decision-making

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a multi-state or growth-oriented environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with Net Suite preferred
