LaSalle Network is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist
to support a growing technology solutions organization undergoing significant expansion and systems integration. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AP professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys collaborating across multiple departments while drivingaccurate, efficientaccountspayable operations.

Process high-volume vendor invoices while performingaccurate2-way and 3-way purchase order matching, resolving invoice discrepancies, and ensuringtimelypayment processing

Manage the full vendor payment cycle, including ACH, wire, check, and virtual card payments, whilemaintainingvendor records, W-9s, and onboarding documentation within Net Suite

Reconcile vendor statements, investigate payment discrepancies, and support month-end close activities, including reconciliations, reporting, and audit requests

Partner with Procurement, Operations, Sales, HR, IT, and Accounting to resolve invoice and payment issues while supporting evolving ERP processes and system integration efforts

Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable workflows, strengthen internal controls, enhance operational efficiency, and review and process employee expense reports through Ramp

3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment with strong knowledge of invoice workflows, vendor reconciliations, and month-end close support

Strong ERP experience required;
Net Suite
experience highly preferred, with exposure to Connect Wise or comparable systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Sage Intacct) a plus

Experience with purchase order processing, including 2-way and 3-way matching

Exposure to expense management software such as Ramp preferred

Intermediate Excel skills with strong attention to detail, organization, communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments and adapting to evolving systems, processes, and organizational changes

$24-29/hour pay rate (heavily based on experience)
