Bookkeeper
Our client is seeking a bookkeeper to join their growing construction team in Buffalo Grove. This is a hands-on accounting role focused on bookkeeping, billing, reconciliations, and project support within a construction environment.

Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper
- Perform daily bookkeeping and general accounting functions
- Complete bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations
- Process construction billing, including AIA billing
- Manage lien waivers and project-related documentation
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management activities
- Maintain accurate financial records within Quick Books and other systems
Qualifications for the Bookkeeper
Required:
- Construction industry accounting experience
- Bookkeeping experience
- Billing experience, preferably including AIA billing
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with bank reconciliations and account balancing
- Experience with Quick Books
