Administrative Assistant
Family-owned technical services company based in Buffalo Grove, IL is seeking an Administrative Assistant with 2 - 5 years of administration experience.
Responsibilities:
- Will prepare employment contracts and documents
- Assist in sending out new hire documents via online portal
- Assist in gathering necessary paperwork for new hires
- Assist in sending out pre-hire screening documents to new applicants
- Data entry and filing
- Maintain employee files
- Prepare reports (expense and vendor to submit to Finance Department for processing)
- Log expense reports in Expense Log
- Assist in maintaining company uniform inventory
- Sending out shipments to all locations utilizing Fed Ex and USPS
- Act as back-up for reception desk, covering lunch and vacation days
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of Administrative Assistant experience
- Two years of Microsoft Office experience (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Power Point and Access experience a plus
Compensation: $22.00/hour
