About the OpportunityWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Team Assistant to support front desk operations and training coordination activities. In this role, you will create a positive experience for visitors, students, and staff while ensuring day-to-day administrative and classroom functions run efficiently.

- Serve as the first point of contact for front desk and administrative support needs
- Review and submit building maintenance and facility work orders
- Coordinate classroom setup, training materials, catering, and logistics for scheduled training sessions
- Support the student experience from enrollment through course completion
- Maintain accurate records within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and other functions, to monitor and manage data
- Prepare classrooms and materials prior to training sessions
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations

Job Requirements What You'll Bring- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of Microsoft Excel experience required
- Experience with VLOOKUP and data management functions strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Part-time onsite position
- Potential for assignment extension beyond 13 weeks
- Systems access and computer usage required
- Timekeeping managed through Fieldglass
- Candidates offered employment will be required to successfully complete a background check
