Our client, in the education and training industry, is seeking a Team Assistant to join their team. As a Team Assistant, you will be part of the administrative support team, supporting training and operational functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and proficiency in Excel, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Buffalo Grove, IL

Shift: 7:15 AM to 4:45 PM Tuesday to Thursday, 7:15 AM to 12:45 PM Friday

What's the Job?

• Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Review and submit work orders for building maintenance
• Perform administrative support duties to ensure smooth training course operations, including classroom setup and catering
• Act as central support for administration and training needs as the receptionist for SI Academy
• Manage student experience functions from enrollment to class closeout and ensure accurate data entry in the Learning Management System

What's Needed?

• Experience with Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently
• Onsite presence during scheduled hours
• Ability to support training and operational activities
