Order Management Operator
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Order Management Operator to join their team. As an Order Management Operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the order processing and customer service functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.
Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
Maintain detailed records of order transactions and customer interactions
Resolve order discrepancies and address customer inquiries professionally
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the order management process
Basic experience in order management or related roles is preferred but not required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
Proficiency with computer systems and timeclock management tools
