DescriptionOur Spa Receptionist must have a warm, enthusiastic approach to welcoming our patients, both in person and by phone; greet patients by name and with a smile; book appointments; and answer incoming calls and respond to text messages in a polite, professional manner with grace.
Position Requirements- A passion for quality service and assistance
- Ability to multitask
- Demonstrate initiative and a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- EMR and/or spa software experience preferred
- Saturdays and evenings required
