Tolmar is seeking an Area Field Trainer to support the Western Region with expertise in product and selling skills. The role includes in-field coaching, training new employees, and occasional in-person training classes in the Chicago area.
This is a one-year commitment from January through December. The AFT will collaborate with Training Directors and Liaisons to develop programs, coach AMRs, and ensure ethical and compliant communications while maintaining Tolmar’s culture.
