• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with evidence-based instructional strategies

• Previous experience working within a school setting is a plus

• Create safe, welcoming classroom environments that support all learners
• Deliver engaging instruction tailored to individual student goals and needs
• Develop, review, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with classroom staff, therapists, and families to ensure student success
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust strategies as needed
