We are seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer (Project Engineer) to perform a variety of engineering tasks, including designing, fabricating, and building custom assembly/automation machinery. The role involves working closely with a team from design to assembly completion, with responsibilities including research, design, development, and project management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform engineering assignments related to machinery projects, including customer interaction.
• Design and develop machines, mechanical products, or tools using CAD software.
• Interpret design concepts based on customer requirements and specify machine components for production.
• Coordinate with machine shop and assembly teams to ensure project progress.
• Identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in mechanical/electrical engineering or related fields.
• Familiarity with manufacturing designs or schematics.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments, managing deadlines and schedules.
