Senior Financial Analyst – V‑Soft Consulting Group, Inc.

We are looking for an experienced financial professional to manage and enhance our financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and system administration responsibilities for a premier client.

• Assist with financial reporting queries and ad‑hoc analysis for Monthly Management Review, Board of Directors, and budgeting/forecasting processes.
• Support the creation and maintenance of templates for forecast and budget scenarios.
• Coordinate with business unit and Finance teams to ensure accurate, timely input of financial data.
• Own and maintain the monthly management reporting workbook, sales preview, and forecasting workbook (e.g., Monthly forecast, LBE, Budget).
• Build variance analysis to understand client financial statements and identify reporting solutions and system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain centralized reporting solutions for stakeholders.
• Administer daily operation of One Stream system, ensuring reliability, availability, and performance.
• Monitor system health, address issues promptly, and implement upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Develop system user guides, process documentation & SOPs.
• Maintain master data management and perform data load tie‑outs & reconciliations for data integrity.
• Interface with IT Services to keep system configuration and infrastructure current.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or information systems.
• Seven or more years of experience in system administration, preferably in an EPM environment or equivalent finance/accounting position.
• Advanced degree and/or professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities; ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Financial system know‑how:
  One Stream, Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, Planful.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and be self‑motivated.
