The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, a passion for financial planning, and experience supporting client-facing advisors.

• Base salary: $70,000 – $110,000 depending on experience

• 1–3+ years of experience in financial services
• Bachelor's degree required
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working with numbers
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
• CFP required
• CPA, Series 65/66 a plus
• Strong interest in retirement planning and financial advisory support
• Must be comfortable working in an on-site, collaborative office environment
• Assist Lead Advisors in preparing comprehensive financial and retirement income plans
• Input and analyze client data in proprietary planning software and tax tools
• Prepare investment summaries, asset allocations, and client-ready planning documents
• Support onboarding and ongoing service for new and existing clients
• Run illustrations for annuities and insurance products as needed
• Prepare various one-time analysis reports and assist with special projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client case planning
