Part-Time Experienced Caregiver - HOME CARE

Join Amada Senior Care Northshore as a compassionate caregiver. We are seeking an experienced caregiver with 1+ year of experience to assist seniors in their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Provide personal and professional support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, companionship, and transportation services. Monitor health status and communicate changes.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and special dietary needs
• Encourage medication compliance and reminders
• Perform light housekeeping and errands
  
  Escort clients to appointments and manage transportation
• Monitor and report changes in health status
• Implement behavior management techniques when necessary

• 1+ year of experience in assisted living or senior care
• Valid  Social Security Card
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Driver's license (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to relocate to North/Western suburbs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
  Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively

• Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
