Implementations Senior Specialist

The Implementation Sr. Specialist is responsible for the execution of high-quality and timely established client implementation projects from the kick-off to delivery. They bring impactful programs to life by extracting a comprehensive understanding of our clients' goals and friction points, considering all partner perspectives and capabilities, and fueling the power of internal departments! Working directly with our established clients, this role will develop and implement client programs, act as an internal advocate for client needs, and proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks to a successful implementation.

This role is a hybrid role that will work onsite 2 days per week at our Buffalo Grove, IL location. Occasional travel may be required as part of this position.

• Oversee and execute multiple concurrent implementations for established Onbe clients by applying structured implementation methodologies, coordinating tasks according to internal processes, configuration standards, and specific client requirements.
• Manage client and internal stakeholder expectations and translate client requirements and program characteristics to internal partners.
• Coordinate implementation deliverables and clearly communicate to task owners and next steps with clients as needed and with internal departments including but not limited to Account Executives and Client Support.
• Provide timely status reporting and lead status meetings that ensure clear messaging, outline deliverables, and supervise ownership & status of open issues.
• Escalate barriers to implementation success, partnering closely with Client Support to action and resolve issues quickly.
• Configure and test internal systems to verify all program requirements have been fulfilled.
• Lead process improvement efforts and change management for low complexity, repeatable implementations for existing clients.

• 3+ years of experience in an implementation, or client-facing onboarding role using proven implementation or project management methodologies.
• Basic understanding of best practices in project lifecycle methodology and project management principles.
• Project Management tool/software experience (Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.), preferred.
• Excellent business writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with the payment industry ecosystem preferred but not required.

The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $71,010 to $78,750 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of proven experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
