Senior NetSuite Administrator

This position will support and optimize the day-to-day operations of Tusker as they relate to Net Suite and other internal systems such as Connect Wise PSA and CPQ. The Sr. Net Suite Administrator will be responsible for developing customizations, scripts and workflow in Net Suite, in addition to providing end-user support and creating advanced saved searches, reports and dashboards. This position will work closely with the VP of Internal Business Systems to create customizations that support process standardization and optimization as well as perform other system enhancements and projects that align with business objectives.

• Develop, test and deploy all customizations, suitelets, workflows and scripts, as directed by the Director of Internal Business Systems.
• Develop advanced saved searches, custom reports, KPI's and dashboards.
• Create reports in Power BI using information from multiple data sources.
• Provide ongoing support to users, including troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
• Collaborate with Tusker executives and the VP of Internal Business Systems to customize Net Suite, ensuring alignment with standardization and optimization initiatives, and to develop customized reporting, visualizations, and other requests as needed.
• Work with the Manager of Connect Wise to create Connect Wise reports and dashboards as well as maintenance of setup tables.
• Working with Internal Business Systems team members, collaborate with individual departments and the Operations team to increase departmental efficiencies and optimize internal systems.
• Document processes as they relate Tusker's internal systems.
• Support other software that integrates with Net Suite (i.e. Connect Wise Sell, Connect Wise PSA, Channel Online, etc.)

• 2-3 years ERP System Administration experience, Net Suite preferred
• Administrator level knowledge of roles, permissions, custom records, reports, saved searches, dashboards and forms
• Experience with Suite Script and Suite Flow
• HTML knowledge
• SQL knowledge

• Familiarity with any of the following software packages:
  • Connect Wise CPQ
  • Connect Wise PSA
  • Bright Gauge
  • Power BI
  • Channel Online

$70,000 - $80,000 a year
