Cycle Counter / Inventory Specialist

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm $25/hr

• Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Research inventory discrepancies and determine root cause.
• Reconcile inventory variance or recommend adjustments.
• Administer the FIFO program during the inventory process.
• Report any out of line conditions or damaged equipment.
• Collaborate to develop recommendations for improving inventory accuracy and handling.
• Support and maintain all company policies, including Health and Safety Requirements, GMP, and standard work procedures.
• Maintain a clean workspace and 5S standards in the work area.
• Maintain lean initiatives and participate in lean projects.
• Provide suggestions and actively participate in process improvements to eliminate non-value-added activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
