Production Operator

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Assembler / Production Associate to support the assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions, and comfort working in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates with prior hands-on assembly or similar experience are strongly preferred.

Shifts available: 1st, 2nd and 3rd!

• Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products according to quality and production standards
• Follow visual aids, written instructions, and verbal work directions in accordance with ISO procedures
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Move parts and materials to maintain an efficient workflow
• Rotate between operations within a work cell and across departments as needed
• Prepare and maintain work cell and departmental documentation
• Notify appropriate personnel if any process or method is out of compliance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• High School Diploma or GED
• Hands-on experience in assembly or related work preferred (manufacturing, food service, automotive, or similar environments)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to stand and work on feet for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Dependable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to learn quickly and consistently repeat tasks
• Positive attitude and willingness to follow directions and adapt to change
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency using hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.)
• Ability to operate electric and pneumatic power tools
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements as required

• Safety shoes are required for this position
• Safety shoe reimbursement available after 30 days of work, up to $150.00 (receipt required for expense submission)
