Our commitment to pay range transparency fosters an equitable workplace, where everyone can feel valued. The annual compensation range for this position is stated below. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:$41,500.00 - $62,300.00
**** Purpose Statement:
**** To empower efficient and accurate production at Plexus by creating and maintaining clear, concise, and up-to-date assembly instructions. Through collaboration with various teams and continuous learning, strive to ensure the standardization and clarity of documentation, contributing to the production of high-quality products and the success of Plexus.
**** Key Job Accountabilities:
***** Executes Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
* Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
* Demonstrates a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.
* Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
* Basic Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.

Qualifications:

***** A minimum of a High School diploma is required; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
* One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.
* An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
