Title:

Bus Door Panel Assembly Technician – responsible for completing the final assembly of bus door panels or kits for direct shipment to customers.

• Use blueprints, routers, process standard sheets (PSS), bills of material (BOMs), and team leader or supervisor instructions to assemble a wide variety of door panels with many and varied options or add‑ons.
• Fabricate door panels and attach roller brackets, extruded rubber seals, hinges, glass windows, CLASS sensors, brush seals, cover plates, shaft, and gear to the door panel.
• Measure, cut rubber, route and run wire into sensitive edge.
• Install glass windows and attach sensors as required.
• Apply spray paint touch‑up, caulk, adhesives, and handles as specified in print.
• Use hand tools, light pneumatic, and electric power tools; use special automatic puller as needed.
• Perform additional duties outside of primary trade after training.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to use prints, BOMs, and PSS to assemble product.
• Up to one year required for acceptable proficiency on all job‑related tasks.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; undergoes drug screen and fitness‑for‑duty test as required.

$19.00–$21.00 per hour.
