Buffalo Grove: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (12‑hour shift)
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot robots, conveyors, sensors, vision systems, and automation equipment
- Diagnose electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues
- Program and optimize robots (Fanuc, Sepro, Yushin, Wittmann)
- Support preventive maintenance and equipment reliability
- Assist with new product launches, mold trials, and automation setup
- Drive continuous improvement and downtime reduction initiatives
- 2–5 years of automation experience in injection molding or assembly manufacturing
- Hands‑on robot programming and troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, industrial sensors, and automation controls
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
- Experience with EOAT is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
