Are you experienced in electronics testing and troubleshooting? Join a growing manufacturing team where you'll play a key role in ensuring product quality and performance. We're looking for motivated, detail-oriented Test Technicians who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working with advanced testing equipment.
Available Shifts2:00 PM – 10:15 PM (2 Openings)
5:45 AM – 2:00 PM (1 Opening)
What You'll DoAs a Test Technician, you will:
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic test equipment
- Perform computer-based testing and diagnostics
- Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and electronic test instruments
- Identify, document, and report testing issues
- Analyze results and help improve testing processes and product quality
- Follow established testing procedures and quality standards
1–2 years of experience in electronics testing or a related field
Experience operating and troubleshooting test equipment
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, meters, and electronic testing devices
Strong computer skills and ability to perform computer-based testing
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to communicate findings and recommend solutions

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL. The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
