Pay rate: $22.50/hour

Shift:

• 2nd Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:30 PM
• Monday – Friday
• Paid training on 1st shift for the first few weeks before transitioning to 2nd shift

As an assembler, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality products while supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
• Following work instructions, specifications, and quality standards
• Performing assemblies with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintaining production records, labor tracking, and process documentation
• Monitoring your own work quality and identifying issues when they arise
• Assisting with the development and improvement of work instructions
• Supporting process improvements focused on safety, quality, and efficiency
• Training team members on tasks and processes when needed
• Completing assignments on time while maintaining high quality standards

• 2+ years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, blueprints, or schematics
• Basic computer skills for documentation and timekeeping
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Job type & location:
This is a contract to hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.

Pay and benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
