Cleanroom Technician (Entry Level)

We are seeking a dedicated Cleanroom Technician to join our team. In this role, you will operate molding, assembly, or packaging equipment according to product specifications. You will be responsible for packaging and labeling products per customer requirements and performing visual inspections to ensure product quality. The position is available for night shifts from 6pm to 6am, as well as day shifts from 6am to 6pm.

Training will be provided during the first week from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

• Operate molding, assembly, or packaging equipment as required per product specifications.
• Package and label product according to customer specifications.
• Perform visual inspection to identify defects and confirm product meets customer specifications.
• Report identified visual defects to Cell Leader.
• Enter daily production and scrap data into BMS.
• Complete production and workstation documentation as required.
• Move products to designated areas in WIP/airlocks.
• Order components through SAP from warehouse and scan WIP components with RF gun.
• Supply assembly machines with components.
• Complete LRPs, including opening and closing lots, ensuring all paperwork is mistake-free.
• Maintain clean workspace and 5S standards in work area daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Participate in Lean projects and suggest process improvements.
• Support and maintain all company policies, including ISO standards, health and safety requirements, continuous improvement, GMP, and standard work procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Willingness to wear GMP attire.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Ability to stand and be on feet for the entire 12 hours.

We are a contract manufacturer specializing in products for the medical industry, offering a dynamic and professional atmosphere.

This is a permanent position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.45/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
