Production Associate

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting assembly, testing, and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

* ** Shift:
** First shift - 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products following prescribed quality and production standards.

+ Utilize visual aids, written, and verbal instructions to manufacture products accurately.

+ Move parts and materials efficiently to maintain smooth workflow and material flow.

+ Rotate between different operations within work cells and departments to support production needs.

+ Prepare and maintain work cell and department records, ensuring compliance with ISO procedures.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

+ Hands-on experience in assembly or related fields such as manufacturing, food service, or automotive work.

+ Dependable transportation to and from work.

+ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

+ Good attitude, ability to follow directions, and openness to change.
