Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in electronic and mechanical products, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting assembly, testing, and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 21.00

Shift: Third shift, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday night through Saturday morning

• Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products following prescribed quality standards
• Utilize visual aids, written, and verbal instructions to manufacture products
• Move parts and materials to maintain an organized workflow
• Rotate between operations within work cells and departments as needed
• Prepare and maintain work records and notify personnel of process deviations

• High School Diploma or GED
• Hands‑on experience in assembly or related fields such as manufacturing, food service, or automotive work
• Dependable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Good attitude, ability to follow directions, and openness to change
