2nd Shift Assembly
2nd Shift Assembly | Buffalo Grove | Weekly pay
2nd Shift- 2:15pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday- WILL TRAIN ON FIRST SHIFT FOR THE FIRST FEW WEEKS! $22.50/hr Responsibilities- Operate tools and equipment based on instructions and experience.
- Assist in creating instructions when none are available.
- Ensure adherence to standard work and quality policies.
- Monitor own work to meet quality standards and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate timekeeping, record-keeping, labor tracking, inventory control, and process documentation.
- Support improvement initiatives and generate innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Stay updated on certifications and training requirements.
- Complete assignments on time without compromising quality.
- Train others on assigned tasks, if necessary.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
