Flex is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our Buffalo Grove, IL shop. The role operates conventional machine shop equipment, performs set-ups, and inspects parts to ensure tolerance compliance. Shift: 1st shift – 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday–Friday, in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years CNC experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and a focus on accuracy. Manual and machine shop experience are a plus;
