Pro Staff in Buffalo Grove, IL is seeking an Automation Technician for a direct hire position. The role pays $25–$28 per hour with 12‑hour rotating shifts (day or night) plus shift differential and quarterly bonus opportunities.
Ideal candidates have a 2-year technical degree in mechatronics, automation, or related fields and 2+ years’ experience with automated manufacturing equipment. Proficiency with PLCs (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens) and reading programs is required, editing is a plus.
