Wabtec in Buffalo Grove, IL is hiring a Manufacturing Team Lead for the 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM). You will direct a team of production staff, set priorities, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery on the shop floor.
Applicants should have 4+ years in manufacturing with formal leadership experience and a forklift license or ability to obtain one. You will plan labor, monitor performance, and coach employees to grow.
