Job Location: In-Person, $23/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday

Our client is a leading provider of engineering and manufacturing solutions for transit and industrial applications. They are seeking a Painter to join their team.

• Perform quality checks including oven temperatures, chemical composition, and paint thickness tests
• Verify first piece run conformance and ensure adherence to safety procedures
• Train team members on proper painting, masking, and equipment setup techniques
• Monitor inventory, order paint supplies, and maintain accurate documentation

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
• Experience with industrial painting equipment and quality control methods
• Strong organizational skills for inventory management and documentation
• Capable of reading and interpreting technical documents such as blueprints and BOMs
