Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Operate tools, equipment, and assembly processes in accordance with provided work instructions;
Assist in creating or refining work instructions and documentation when existing guidance is incomplete or unavailable;

Monitor personal work output for quality and accuracy, and communicate effectively with supervisors, escalating issues or concerns when necessary;
