Assembler | 1st & 2nd Shift Available | Weekly Pay | Buffalo Grove, IL

Pay &

Schedule:

1st Shift

  • Monday-Friday
  • 5:45 AM - 2:00 PM
  • $19.00-$21.00/hour

2nd Shift

  • Monday-Friday
  • 2:15 PM - 10:30 PM
  • $19.00-$22.50/hour
  • Training will be completed on 1st shift for the first few weeks

What You'll Do:
  • Assemble products using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
  • Follow work instructions, assembly diagrams, and established manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and safety.
  • Inspect your work and identify potential quality concerns.
  • Complete production documentation, labor tracking, and inventory records.
  • Utilize computers for data entry, work instructions, and production tracking.
  • Assist with process improvements that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Cross-train on multiple assembly processes and support training of team members when needed.
  • Meet production goals while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly diagrams, blueprints, or schematics.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new processes.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
