Assembler | 1st & 2nd Shift Available | Weekly Pay | Buffalo Grove, IL

Pay &Schedule:
1st Shift
- Monday-Friday
- 5:45 AM - 2:00 PM
- $19.00-$21.00/hour
2nd Shift
- Monday-Friday
- 2:15 PM - 10:30 PM
- $19.00-$22.50/hour
- Training will be completed on 1st shift for the first few weeks

What You'll Do:- Assemble products using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
- Follow work instructions, assembly diagrams, and established manufacturing processes.
- Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and safety.
- Inspect your work and identify potential quality concerns.
- Complete production documentation, labor tracking, and inventory records.
- Utilize computers for data entry, work instructions, and production tracking.
- Assist with process improvements that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Cross-train on multiple assembly processes and support training of team members when needed.
- Meet production goals while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Minimum 2 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly diagrams, blueprints, or schematics.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new processes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
