Production Operator

Schedule:

40 hours/Week - 1st shift--6:00 am to 2:30 pm

• We're seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembly Technician to join a collaborative manufacturing team. In this role, you'll assemble, test, and package electronic and mechanical products while ensuring quality standards are met and production processes run efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Assemble, test, and package electronic and mechanical products following quality standards and ISO procedures.
• Manufacture products using visual aids, written instructions, and established work procedures.
• Move parts and materials to maintain an organized and efficient production flow.
• Rotate between work cells and departments to support production needs.
• Maintain production records, identify process compliance issues, and communicate concerns to the appropriate team members.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of assembly experience.
• 2+ years of building experience.

• Basic computer skills.
• Worked in a fast-paced environment.
• Can Learn Quickly and repeat what was learned.
• Ability to function and contribute to a team environment.

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
• Need Dependable Transportation.
• Be able to work on their feet.
• Can work by themselves or with others.
• They can work with their hands (Previous manufacturing, food service, working on cars).
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, push, pull, or combine all movement types as necessary by and during the job assignment.
• Capability to use hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches), electric and pneumatic power tools, in-house developed product-specific tooling/fixtures, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
