Schedule:
40 hours/Week - 1st shift--6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- We're seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembly Technician to join a collaborative manufacturing team. What You'll Do:- Assemble, test, and package electronic and mechanical products following quality standards and ISO procedures.
- Manufacture products using visual aids, written instructions, and established work procedures.
- Move parts and materials to maintain an organized and efficient production flow.
- Rotate between work cells and departments to support production needs.
- Maintain production records, identify process compliance issues, and communicate concerns to the appropriate team members.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of assembly experience.
- 2+ years of building experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Worked in a fast-paced environment.
- Can Learn Quickly and repeat what was learned.
- Ability to function and contribute to a team environment.
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- Need Dependable Transportation.
- Be able to work on their feet.
- Can work by themselves or with others.
- They can work with their hands (Previous manufacturing, food service, working on cars).
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, push, pull, or combine all movement types as necessary by and during the job assignment.
- Capability to use hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches), electric and pneumatic power tools, in-house developed product-specific tooling/fixtures, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
