Industrial Assembler Opportunity

Hiring industrial assemblers, for a long-term permanent opportunity with your client in Buffalo Grove!

Work environment:
Will be working at personal work station/assembly cell, with the tools and equipment provided, digital instructions displayed on screen, and optional sitting at each assembly station.

Location:

Buffalo Grove, IL

Shift/Pay:

• 1st shift- 5:45am-2pm Monday-Friday
  • Pay: $19.00 to $21.25 per hour based off skills level.
• 2nd shift- 2:15pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday
  • Pay: $19.00 to $22.50 per hour based off skills level.

Responsibilities:

• Operate hand tools and power tools to build sub-assemblies, based on instructions and experience.
• Following digital work instructions to build units to spec
• Ensure standard work and quality policies followed.
• Monitor own work to meet quality standards and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support improvement initiatives and generate innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Stay updated on certifications and training requirements internally, obtained on the job.
• Complete assignments on time without compromising quality.
• Train others on assigned tasks, if necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.25/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
