Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing observations, suggesting enhancements, and contributing to process refinement within the test area.

Work safely and maintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with facility standards and quality expectations.

Essential Skills

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE).

At least 2 years of experience working with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers.

Hands-on experience troubleshooting electronic assemblies or systems to the component level using test failure reports, schematics, and datasheets.

Ability to track bugs and defects, document issues clearly, and help develop solutions.

Basic understanding of how test activities align with product requirements, specifications, and broader engineering or manufacturing processes.

Proficiency using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and network analyzers for diagnostic and verification tasks.

Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and technical documentation.
