Day and Night Shifts Available

Day Shift (AM)

6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Starting Pay: $18.50/hr

After Promotion: $19.50/hr

Night Shift (PM)

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Starting Pay: $19.50/hr

After Promotion: $20.45/hr

12-hour rotating schedules

As a Cleanroom Technician, you'll help manufacture high-quality medical products in a regulated cleanroom environment while following safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate molding, assembly, and packaging equipment
• Package, label, and prepare products according to customer specifications
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
• Identify and report defects or equipment issues
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and cleanroom procedures
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment

• Ability to stand for a 12-hour shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable wearing cleanroom/GMP attire
• Willingness to work a rotating 12-hour schedule

While not required, the following experience is a plus:

• Machine operation in a manufacturing environment
• Assembly work
• Cleanroom production experience
• GMP-regulated manufacturing
• Production, packaging, or inspection experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.45/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
